Another important personality trait is whether you are reliable and consistent.

Clients will want cleaners who turn up on time and do what they are meant to do. EVERY time they are meant to do it. 

Also, it is important to ensure that you do a good job, EVERY time you to a client’s property.

Are You Open To Change?

The world is changing all of the time. New cleaning products, cleaning technology and equipment becomes available regularly. Successful cleaners will need to be open to change and development in their job role to keep ahead of these changes.
